If you’d like to help out at DoujiCon, but have no idea what you can do, don’t fret!
We now have an awesometastic volunteers form!
Filling it out means we own you pretty much for the entirety of Saturday, but there are some benefits to it, like free entry, free tshirt, and best of all FREE BEER!

Classes like "How to turn anyone into Anthro!"
The quality imported kind even. Perhaps from Holland. Perhaps with opium and ladies of ill repute!
Well, no… it’s just beer, but it’ll be nice. Same with the Tshirt. And if you’re underage and can’t drink beer, we’ll get something else for you. Young people like cookies, yeah?
So what do we want in return?
Well, we need some people to do manual labour. At least four hours of it. We’d also like people to teach classes, at least two hours of those.
So if you reckon you can move tables or give people quality information, and you fill out a Tshirt of appropriate size nicely, then I’d appreciate it if you could fill out the DoujiCon Volunteers Form.
That’s right folks, now you get to be a part of DoujiCon IV.
Applications for Traders (and technically, sponsors/advertisers too) are now open!
Head on over to the Traders & Sponspors Booking Form page, fill out the required information for what you want, and you’re in the system.
Please be aware that due to the limited number of free tables, and the amazingly large number of interested artists this year, you may not get a table.
That’s right folks, it’s not just happening, it’s actually happening.
Doujicon IV will be moving back to Monash’s Caulfield campus’ K-Building, where it was cradled, nurtured, and people could actually find it and had natural light to grow, and propser, and obtain vitamin D from.
It will also be happening on May 8th, from 10am.
Yes, the Australian Doujinshi Convention is coming back for 2010!
When? I’m not sure yet.
How? In conjunction with Minifest, the non-commercial event run by the Melbourne Anime Festival
But the point is that plans are slowly being made into reality, starting right here with this new CMS (Wordpress) to make actually running this site easier than it has been in the past.
